Dover Youth Hockey Association is pleased to announce a new partnership with EverProven Training & CrossFit to provide off-ice training and development for our Dover Stars and Granite State Wild teams.

Beginning on Tuesday, November 1st all off-ice training for DYHA will be provided by EverProven at their new facility located at 50 Crosby Road in Dover, NH.

EverProven was selected by the DYHA Board of Directors following a review process that included several athletic training organizations from the Greater Dover area.  EverProven has operated as a general and sports-specific training facility in the Dover area since 2012 and recently moved into a new, 7500 sq/ft facility to expand on their athletic training offerings. This expansion includes a separate hockey training area equipped with a synthetic ice surface.

EverProven’s “Fundamental Movement Skills” approach to training young athletes, state-of-the art facility and commitment to hockey-focused training all stood out during the selection process as providing significant benefits to our players.  As an additional benefit, EverProven coaches have been providing coaching support at the Leach Brothers training facility during most DYHA off-ice sessions this year. This gives their coaches a great level of familiarity with our young players and should make for an easier transition from LBH to EverProven.
