Annual Meeting

Dover Youth Hockey Association will hold an Annual Meeting on Monday, May 18th at 6:30. (Date is tentative based on current events.) The meeting will be held in the main conference room at the Dover Ice Arena.

All members* are strongly encouraged to attend.  During the meeting, the current DYHA Board of Directors will provide an overview of the organization's activities during the 2019-20 season and will review both the current financial standing of the organization and the annual budget for the 2020-21 fiscal year.  New Board members will also be elected during the meeting.

At the Annual Meeting, DYHA will seek to fill one Board seat that will be vacated by a member whose term on the Board will be completed at that time.   Any individuals interested in volunteering for the Board are asked to attend the Annual Meeting to participate in the nomination and election process.   (Any member interested in joining the Board must be sponsored by a current DYHA Board member).  

Following the open meeting, a second meeting of the newly elected Board will be held where an Executive Board will be chosen.

* A Member of DYHA is composed of Parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) family of any hockey player in good standing with DYHA.
