The name change associated with the major/minor teams has allowed DYHA to expand and restructure staff roles. The roles will be distributed as follows:

Dennis Pease will be the Director of Hockey Operations for the Granite State Wild and will assume all responsibilities related to those teams in both a scheduling and day-to-day operations role. Dennis will also slide over to become the Assistant Director of Operations, assisting the Director with association-wide operational tasks when needed. Lastly, Dennis will become the DYHA Office Manager; working in conjunction with the Treasurer and Bookkeeper surrounding payments and other general administrative office issues.

Stacey MacKinnon will be the Director of Hockey Operations for the Dover Stars and DYHA’s House League. She will assume all responsibilities related to Dover Stars and House League teams in both a scheduling and day-to-day operations role. Stacey will be the Director of Operations for DYHA, responsible for the overall operations of the association. Any and all DYHA run tournaments and leagues will fall under the jurisdiction of the Director of Hockey Operations for DYHA. Stacey will also become the Association’s Registrar, responsible for overseeing all teams’ rostered players and coaches.

We are very excited to be able to take this crucial step in expanding our Association and expect that this restructure will allow for a smooth transition as we begin our new season.
