Effective August 1st, Dover Youth Hockey will officially shift to using Sport Ngin for all schedule management and email communication to parents and players.  The Sport Ngin tool is designed to provide parents with one source of information for everything about your DYHA player(s) and team(s) through the web or via the Sports Ngin mobile app on your phone.

It is essential that ALL families are set up with at least one active Sport Ngin account by August 1st.  An email was sent earlier today (Friday, July 22nd) providing all parents with instructions for setting up an account and/or confirming that your account is set up properly and associated with your player(s).  That information is also available on the Administration Page of the DYHA website.

If you do not currently have a Sports Ngin account that is linked to your player(s): please email dyhapresident@doverhockey.org to provide your player's name, their 2016-17 team (ie, Wild Squirt Majors) and the email address you want to set up.  An invite will then be emailed to you through Sports Ngin that will enable you to create an account that will automatically be linked to your player.

If you do currently have a Sports Ngin account: please log in and make sure that your account is linked to your player(s) and also confirm that you are set up to receive notifications either via email or text.  You must have one of these options turned on to be alerted to new messages, schedule changes, etc.  You can follow the instructions for "Sports Ngin: How to Set Up an Account" if you are unsure how to confirm that your account is set up properly which are found at the Administration Page of the DYHA website.

If you have questions or problems setting up your account, please email dyhapresident@doverhockey.org.

Again, please make sure you set up your account immediately.  We will begin to use the system fully on August 1st and it will only be successful if all parents have registered an account.
