Tryouts Start March 4th!

Tryouts for the 2019-20 Granite State Wild will be held starting Monday, March 4th.  The 2019-20 program guide is now available along with the tryout information, schedule and online registration.  These can also be found on the "2019-2020 Wild Tryouts' page on the DYHA website, under the Travel Team menu.

The Granite State Wild offers players the best in hockey skill development and competition by offering a combined schedule of league games, tournaments and independent games in the New England Premier League, Granite State League and Seacoast Hockey League.

Granite State Wild players participate in weekly 80 minute skill sessions and a weekly 50-80 minute team practice.  Goalies receive training both on the ice during team skills sessions and in specialized sessions at the Puckstoppers goalie training center in Exeter, NH.

As a non-profit hockey organization, DYHA keeps hockey as affordable as possible while providing the best value of any hockey program in the region.  We encourage you to compare all that we offer to similarly priced programs...or even the programs that charge $1000 more!

Wild player tuition includes:
*140-160 of ice time per week for most age levels (80 min practice & 80 min skill session)
*5+ full ice, 60-minute practices per season
*Professional skills training
*Professional on-ice and specialty goalie training
*30-40 games per season, plus playoffs (*league dependent)
*Entry fee into 2 independent tournaments (most levels)
*Pro-weight, twill home and away game jerseys, game socks & practice jersey

Wild team rosters are limited to a maximum of 16 players (14 skaters, 2 goalies) at ALL levels.

We look forward to seeing you at tryouts starting March 4th...
