Dover Youth Hockey Association's House League is an instructional hockey league for players 5-14 who want to play hockey for fun and skill development. Basic skating skills are required, but previous hockey experience is NOT required for a player to join the House League.

The weekly House League schedule includes a Friday evening practice and a Sunday game for 16 weeks, totaling 32 ice sessions per player. Teams are assembled in an attempt to maintain a competitive balance within the league. Players are placed on teams within age divisions.
