The annual DYHA Travel Hockey Program Survey is now available.
Members who have Sports Ngin accounts, and who have children playing travel hockey, should have received an email over the last couple days with details about the survey.
The survey will be open for completion until January 20th, 2016.
If for any reason you did not receive the email, please contact doveryouthhockey@gmail.com, via email, and we will forward the survey communication to you.
